There are a few factors of size that you’ll need to consider when looking at electric brisket smokers. The first are the interior dimensions. If you plan on doing long racks of ribs, you’ll need a width and depth that accommodates up to 16 inches. Otherwise, you’ll have to cut the ribs into smaller sections.
Secondly, you want to look at the height.
